Bayek can transfer all his abilities gradually over time to his god/goddess in a process similar to Bleeding Effect (https://assassinscreed.fandom.com/wiki/Bleeding_Effect). The more often Bayek is in his vessel form the more of his abilities transfer and the better his god/goddess is in using them. He or she will gain his agility in scaling buildings, mountains and other seemingly impossible places, as well as combat skill using varied ancient weaponry from clubs to swords, bows and maces. The progress will be indicated by henna markings appearing on the god's body similar to those that Egyptian dancers and singers used to wear. Starting with the Eye of Horus around the right eye indicating acquiring Eagle Vision ability (https://assassinscreed.fandom.com/wiki/Eagle_Vision).
This is a sort of sixth sense that allows Bayek's god to see through his eyes while he’s in vessel form and instinctively sense how people and objects relate to him, which manifests as a coloured glow, much like an aura.
Red indicates enemies or spilt blood, blue indicates allies, white indicates sources of information or hiding spots, and gold indicates targets or objects of interest. This ability grows stronger with training to the point it can allow its user to determine if the person they are speaking with tells the truth or is lying, see images that aren't even there (like hidden pictures or messages available only to those that possess this sense), as well as footprints or sounds.
The advanced version that Bayek possessed in life gave him the ability to telepathically see and hear through the senses of animals, especially his eagle Senu with whom he had a special connection. He can pass this ability to his god but it would require even more training.
The most advanced version of Eagle Vision, Eagle Sense, allows its user to focus on a target and predict where he would go or what would he do, as well as pick up cold trails or locate disguised and hidden targets. The predictions would manifest as semi-transparent spectral images of the target performing the tasks in question.
The henna markings will start simple and get more sophisticated as the Synchronisation progresses.
